The design of the LORENZ S8 represents a further development of model S7/500,
which was successful over many years.
A considerable increase in driving power, reinforced cast iron bodies and
gearing units, easy service by push button-control, automatic change of stroke
speed as well as circulation system lubrication for all moving parts correspond
to the demands of a modern gear cutting machine.
The machine is suitable for internal- and external gears. The capacity has been
adapted to experience and has been extended to the following maximum values.
Raizor block 150 mm, table clamping, tailstock, chip conveyor, change gears,
manuals,toolholders, ....
